Proximity to where I wanted to be and local train station 500 m away

Staff a little surly at times. Breakfast guy very surly. Rooms very small afore two people and suitcases. Breakfast only Japanese no western option.

Comfy Bed and perfect location with different subway lines next by as well as good coffee places and restaurants.

First room I got smelled like cigarettes and second one had a lot of mold within the bathroom. Fan in the bathroom didn't work properly which caused a lot of humidity to build up.

The location is great, the staff very friendly and the room is fine. I booked a double room for myself. If you travel alone I would advise you to do the same because for two people is very small. The room was cleaned every 3 days, but you had the option to do it every day. We stayed for a week and that was fine. The neighbourhood is also very nice and quiet for Tokyo. Price/quality its a very good deal.

Not things that I would say are bad, but for you te keep in mind. First its a business hotel, so the rooms are small. I am used to it, but do yourself a favor and book a bigger room. Second, a Taiwanese restaurant facilitate breakfast. You can choose between a few sets, no buffet. Not really to our liking, but that is personal taste. The quality was absolutely fine. There is a cafe with great bread nearby and they do breakfast deals. We went there. I stayed with friends who smoke, there is no smoking room in the hotel or around the hotel. The neighbourhood is 'smoke free', the first smoking area is in Akihabara.
