Superb
Beautifully located in the hills of Umbria. Close to Gubbio Assisi and Peruggia. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice pool. Excellent local restaurants in the vicinity.

Amazing views in clean comfortable apartment
The owner Francesca was welcomingvand helpful. The views are amazing. The pool big and clean with gorgeous views of the hills. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Apartment was clean and had pots, pans and dishes. Beds ok and sheets crisp white cotton. Couch was a bit dirty and could sleep on top but mattress to thin when pulled out. Bathroom spotless and large. Breakfast was Good with cereal yogurt whole fruits cappuccino or tea. The other guests were very friendly mostly families with small children. I would back for sure!

La situazione e lo stato dell'appartamento era davvero ottima. Ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative. Lo staff è gentilissimo e disponibilissimo.
Nulla. Se avesse anche una gestione di colazioni e cene più strutturata sarebbe davvero la perfezione ma sapevamo com'era prima di andare. E la cena che abbiamo fatto lì è stata ottima.

Due giorni bellissimi
Abbiamo soggiornato in due famiglie con bambini, dell'accoglienza ai saluti ci siamo sentiti subito come a casa. Abbiamo cenato due sere con piatti deliziosi e non hanno esitato ad esaudire le nostre richieste. Anche la colazione è molto buona con prodotti locali fatti da loro. La posizione è comodissima per visitare Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia
