Location is great and it is very quite at night. The apartment is quite spacious

Check in esd a bit of a hassle. Bedroom doesnt have windows.

Perfect central location, and staff responded immediately when called. Very comfortable with central air conditioning during the hot days!

Location is just amazing, so close to everything Comfy bed, and quite big size of the appointment in general. The kitchen has everything for making food Conditioner was working

The self check-in is complicated, even so the instructions were clear and the process itself not difficult, but the fact that it is in different buildings and you need to walk with suitcases for 5 min - annoying. Dirty. In the bathroom was black hairs, a lot of dusts all around. Furniture is old, sofa looks a bit disgusting seen some life already. No soap in bathroom only shower gel, would be nice to have soup, as it is more comfortable.

The location is very good with supermarkets and a lot of public transport options The ac is new and works well

The staff was completely unresponsive to any type of contact. They provided a number for calling but it was off all the time! The apartment was very dirty, 100% was not mopped or vacuumed from previous days. There was a huge cockroach in the kitchen, the blankets provided were dirty and had holes and broken parts. The toilet smelled horrible of drainage. The sofa had a hole from a cigarette and was feeling overall very dirty.
