Apartaments Sant Jordi Fontanella

The keys were picked up at a nearby location, clear instructions were communicated and it worked well. The apartment was spacious for one couple. Comfortable bed and well organised kitchen with a clothes washing machine and drying rack. Although it is on a busy st in the centre of the Catalonia area it was quiet once shutters and windows were closed at night. Great location! Easy walk to everything. Good cafe/ bakery next door. We felt very safe.

No detergent for dish washing or clothes washing, but there was dish cloths. Be aware there is an elevator but also 6-8 steps up to the apartment from the lift.

Location and size

The location was incredible. Right in the heart of the city, felt safe. Very quiet

It was tired, needs some maintenance and needs a really good clean. For example armchair arms were filthy, kitchen and bathroom need a really good clean

The location is very good with supermarkets and a lot of public transport options The ac is new and works well

The staff was completely unresponsive to any type of contact. They provided a number for calling but it was off all the time! The apartment was very dirty, 100% was not mopped or vacuumed from previous days. There was a huge cockroach in the kitchen, the blankets provided were dirty and had holes and broken parts. The toilet smelled horrible of drainage. The sofa had a hole from a cigarette and was feeling overall very dirty.
