The property was comfortable and the rooms had everything we expected. The food was fine and the pool was clean. It was quiet at the property.
Everything was great and the staff were generally helpful and attentive. I would like to have had access to free drinking water, but had to ask the staff each time I wanted to top up my water bottle. There was a door next to our room that got slammed a few times at night, this could be fixed.

The personnel was helpful and trying to solve the issues we faced.
We stayed for 1 night but we had several problems:
1) The balcony window couldn’t be locked and we were waiting for the mechanic to fix it, we changed the lock.
2) One part of the window couldn’t be shaded properly and also they hadn’t protective nets to avoid mosquitoes.
2) The safety box wasn’t working and after long wait they decided to move us to another room.
3) The A/C was noisy and was dripping.
4) Last and most important the access road is very very bad and you definitely need a 4x4 or being experienced, I don’t recommend it for new drivers.
…very bad value for money.
