Comfortable stay in traditional Bulgarian accommodation.

The room was a traditional Bulgarian room just outside of the old town. The beds were comfortable and it was fine for a five day ski trip. The staff were helpful and also let us check out late, so that we could ski, shower and make our way to the airport. That was really appreciated. Overall good value for money.

I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but in this case I feel that the very high rating of this

On the positive side, the location is convenient, being close to the old town, and the price is relatively low compared to other accommodations in the area.

Communication was difficult, as the owners do not speak English. The radiators were barely warm, which made the room uncomfortable, especially during colder days. During our five-night stay, no cleaning was provided at all: the room was not cleaned, the trash was not taken out, and towels were not changed. Additionally, the noise insulation is very poor, and almost everything can be heard from neighboring rooms. Despite being advertised as having parking, there is no actual parking available. The bathroom shower does not have a proper cabin, resulting in the bathroom floor being constantly wet. Overall, while the accommodation may be acceptable for a very short and budget-oriented stay, the lack of basic services and discrepancies between the description and reality were disappointing. I believe these aspects should be improved or at least clearly stated so future guests can have realistic expectations

Definitely I’ll come back again. 🌷

Perfect location, next to the park and just 5 min walking distance from the city centre. The room was comfortable, very clean, simple design, but the atmosphere is calming and relaxing. Beautiful home feeling.

The internet connection cloud be better. I will suggest also more hangers in the bathroom, and also if the room has a kettle for making tea or coffee would be great. These are just positive suggestions, not a dislike.

We only stayed one night, but it was a good experience

We arrived very late, but it wasn't a problem. They were also kind enough to let us pay the next morning, since we had no cash on us. The service and the breakfast were very good, the room was large and very clean. We could also park inside the property, which was very helpful since the street is very narrow

Bed mattresses were not comfortable, especially the one on the sofa

Great location for digital nomads to stay!

The hostess was welcoming and always making sure I felt comfortable! And it wasn't too far from the places I needed to be during my stay ie Bansko Nomad Fest.

It might have been helpful to have the option of a fan and the wifi wasn't always reliable, so I went to the coworking space for calls etc.
