VEGANFRESH

Everything needed for a comfortable 4 night stay. Room had a decent work desk and sufficient power point's. Good ensuite bathroom. Good breakfast spread for the star rating. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Off street parking. Hood price for the location.

Bed mattress could possibly benefit from a refresh, but it wasn't too bad.

Friendly owners, fast and efficient communication, good breakfast.

Kinda tricky finding the place

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the decor was quite nice. Close proximity to the city, cheap and ok for an inexpensive overnight stay.

With the name "Vegan Fresh", you expect a fully Vegan hotel but as others have mentioned, this is not the case. The staff mentioned that COVID damaged the business and we empathise with this but I feel that a rebrand is needed. The restaurant is currently closed, other than breakfast which is continental meats and cheeses. The staff did provide some Vegan alternatives but this was limited to cheese and rice milk for cereal. There aren't any other vegan offerings for restaurant food in the area. The beds were old and a little soft with very old bedding. There were some squashed bugs on the walls and a few other bits of dirt but the room was largely acceptable cleanliness wise.
