Hues Boutique Hotel has excellent staff who are always pleasant to deal with, even in difficult situations. They attend to clients’ needs, and even when they must decline a request, they do so in a polite and respectful way that leaves guests feeling valued. Amier Suliman

the hotel does need more attention from the maintenance side. The electronic lighting system requires reprogramming or fixing, the carpets in the rooms need deep steam cleaning, and the water pressure in some showers is quite poor and should be improved. Amier Suliman

I had an excellent stay at Hues Boutique Hotel. The hotel is wonderful, with great service, a comfortable atmosphere, and friendly staff. I would especially like to thank Cleopatra and Lorraine for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism. They were always welcoming, helpful, and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. Their kindness and dedication truly made a difference. Thank you to the entire Hues Boutique Hotel team for a memorable experience. Parking : guests are experiencing difficulties when entering and exiting the parking facility. The process can be confusing, time-consuming, and sometimes inconvenient for guests who expect seamless access during their stay & free as any hotel around the world. As a valued guest, I kindly request that management review this situation and work with the parking operator to implement a more efficient and guest-friendly solution. Clear procedures, improved communication, or dedicated parking access for hotel guests could significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
