A vista é linda, a piscina muito gostosa e limpinha e o trecho de praia mais gostoso para banho e sem a muvuca de outros trechos de muro alto. Tb achei bem silencioso comparado a outros residenciais dessa região

Localização: melhor parte da praia, sem duvida. Preços excelentes do restaurante do hotel.
Não tem blackout nas cortinas, fica muito claro pela manhã. Precisa ter um fogão, o cooktop nao funciona bem e nao tem forno. Precisa de mais talheres, nao tem faca de carne nem tábua. As panelas precisam ser renovadas. Falta de limpeza do filtro do ar-condicionado. Precisa disponibilizar mais toalhas e no minimo uma vassoura para limpeza. Nao tem pano de prato. As luzes do apartamento precisam de revisão, umas nao funcionam e outras estao piscando.
