Dinner was excellent.
Onsen was good
-shuttle servixe snnounced on website but NO shuttle service at all. I sent 2 messages asking for it upon arrival and my messages were ignored. When we did the chreck in we asked fir a shuttle service on the day we left and we were told there is no shuttle service. Why do they publsh shuttle service on the web if there is no shuttle ssevice??
And the hotel lication is isolated.
-we asked if it was possible to change the child menu for a normal one (we offered to pay for the difference) and they said it was not possible
-dinner and breakfast times are i flexible
-we were reminded of the check out time at 10am during our breakfast.
