The front office concierge was very helpful and friendly. Location is fantastic.

I was given a room that was oddly shaped despite checking in the morning around 10 am. They said the room will be ready at 2pm, such a terrible room. I’m sure they could have given me a better room. Somehow, it did not happened. Have to request for a change of room the next day, but the same thing again, room only ready at 2pm. The room also had a faulty toilet bowl- the hands free bidet didn’t work.

Our reception by staff on arrival , during and on our departure was exceptional.The staff were equally helpful and pleasant at breakfasts. Access to the restaurants ,shops and BTS was so helpful which made the stay very pleasurable. I must say the cleanliness in all areas was exceptional.We look forward to returning.

I would like to see a better fruit selection and yogurt at breakfasts.

The property is convenient located very near to the BTS and also right at the terminal 21 mall.

The first room was given to us with damaged curtain, leaking water in the bathroom and loud air conditioning so they changed us to a different room still have water leaking in the bathroom, hot water doesn’t get too hot and I got sick after 1st night sleeping in the room could be from the ventilation issue. The breakfast food is terrible the dishes are cold with meat that is hard and it looks like it has been sitting out for a long time. Overall the staff are very helpful and friendly.
