We stayed here as it was the official hotel for the European championship and close to the venue. Hotel is in dire need of upgrade. Showers leak on bathroom floor, mould around fridge doors, no restaurant on site, stair case has stench of sewer and the morning breakfast we had in the Avenue Delux had very little other than beef and pork, juices are from concentrate with more water than concentrate, cake slices are from Lidl across the road no croissants, muffins, hash browns, mushrooms, salads and a house cat in the main restaurant.
We reached there at 0200hrs and the receptionist at the Avenue Delux refused a room to my friend even though he had booked, paid and had confirmation from ***she could see it on her system but as no room was assigned against it she was refusing to assign him a room. She was being very rude and at one point started monologue in local language.
Avoid at all cost.

Clean, comfortable hotel, but located a reasonable distance from town centre and restaurants. Shopping mall with supermarket next door however. Beach a fair distance away, best if you have vehicle access. Staff somewhat aloof.
