Die Lage war super. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle befand sich ca. 5 Minuten Entfernung. Man war innerhalb kurzer Zeit im Zentrum. Ich hatte kein Frühstück gebucht. Es war aber ein Wasserkocher und Kaffeepulver vorhanden.
Das Zimmer war leider schon etwas abgewöhnt. Auch das Bad war nicht gerade schön. Eine Sanierung könnte da nicht schaden.

Nähe zur Stadt optimal, nettes Frühstückszimmer, sehr nette Eigentümer. Preis-Leistung war gut.
Das Bad ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Aber mit Farbe am Heizkörper, einem neuen Spiegel, einer neuen Duschabtrennung wäre schon wieder viel gewonnen - auch ohne Generalsanierung. Kleinigkeiten wie Handtücher ohne Fäden machen schon ne Menge aus. Das Haus hat Flohmarkt-Charakter. Das ist im Frühstücksraum perfekt gelungen - es darf bunt und alt sein. Wichtig ist mir Sauberkeit.

Der Check-in war problemlos, das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Zimmer und Bad war sauber.
das Inventar ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, das Bett war leider nicht bequem.
