About this villa rental
Welcome to our holiday home in the sun, located at Vale da Telha in the heart of the Costa Vicentina National Park just 5 miles from the old Moorish town of Aljezur and a 60 minute drive from Faro airport. It is an area of outstanding natural beauty surrounded by wonderful countryside and magical beaches. The local beach of Praia da Amoreira was voted by the UK's Times newspaper as Europe's best beach and when the surf is up you can hear the waves breaking on the shoreline from the villa.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, family bathroom with the master bedroom having its own on suite and sleeps six adults. The lounge / dining room is of good proportions being both well-furnished and equipped. The high vaulted ceilings ensure that the villa remains cool during the summer months when temperatures are regularly in the 30's.
Wi-Fi connectivity is provided as is a DVD player and satellite TV (SKY) providing all UK channels, Sky movies, Sports, MTV and Disney channels. Programs are available in multiple lanugages including German, French Italian, Portuguese & Spanish. Amazon & Netflix are available via our LG 50" Smart TV with soundbar. The hi-fi has connectivity for an iPod or iPhone. There is also a remote blue-tooth speaker that can be paired to your smart device and used outside.
Outside there is a beautiful south facing heated pool which has six sun loungers with cushions, dinning table, chairs and comfortable rattan furniture providing further seating for four. The seating area is shaded by two large awnings. There is a fully equipped BBQ area with all the tools you would expect. Inside the garage there are an assortment of sports equipment for the pool, beach and two adult bicycles.
Additional Benefits: room fans, travel cot, high chair.
The kitchen is both modern and very well equipped and includes a gas hob, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine for your convenience. The work surfaces are imported Italian granite.
Prior to buying Casa Vida Nova we rented a number of villas in the area and believe that the design and location of the villa will ensure that you have a comfortable, relaxing and highly enjoyable stay.

We had a great stay in the villa. It is very well set up with everything you need to have a great holiday. The pool and garden area were great with comfortable seating and dining areas. There are lots of beaches to explore nearby and we went to Lagos for a couple of day trips when the weather was cloudy at the villa.

We had an excellent stay at Steve's house, and we're well looked after by local contacts (thanks Alan and Jane). A great place to visit the Algarve Atlantic beaches and relax by the (warmed) pool in the evening.

Modern, clean with all the amenities you could wish for. A wonderful villa within easy reach of beaches, restaurants and activities. Internet & TV excellent as well. Only fly in the ointment were the barking dogs opposite from far too early in the mornings. Any jogger, walker set them off. Seriously annoying when lazing on a warm morning. But that was us - may not be an issue for others or in other weeks.

The property was spotless and well equipped , especially with extras like umbrella for the beach and boogie board , which was very helpful . Pool lovely and outside sitting area for lunch and evening under the awning .
Lots of beautiful local coves and beaches within striking distance .
Had a couple of visits from the local turkey but was gently persuaded off the property .
Pool and absolute pleasure in the heat . Great communication and everything catered for , Thankyou for a lovely stay .
