New in 2025: front fully accessible porch with ramp and WiFi! This perfect vacation getaway is a 3 bedroom, 3 full bath, and has a sleeping loft with game/card table area. The chalet comfortably sleeps 10 and has so many things to offer. This is a unique chalet with cabin feel on a secluded park-like setting just minutes away from Innsbrook’s largest lake, Alpine Lake, and walking distance to the fabulous beach on Lake Kitzbuhl.
The chalet has updates including a new front porch, new back deck, and WiFi available! Enjoy two master suites on the main floor each with private full baths, an extra large sleeping loft and a third large room upstairs and an upstairs bathroom. The upstairs open loft also features a card/game table area. The kitchen comes fully stocked so you have everything you need for your stay. The chalet has a fabulous large screened in porch, fully accessible front porch, large deck (under construction w/ expected completion July 2025), and a large fire-pit gathering area on property. Multiple picnic tables at the chalet to enjoy meals all around the property, and a nearby walking trail path. Innsbrook has many amenities to offer including clubhouse with large pool, fitness center, concerts, lakes, golfing, access to basketball, tennis and pickleball courts and much more.
This chalet is a perfect place to stay during the week or weekend for a family getaway, friend’s weekend or if you are visiting a nearby winery or wedding weekend. Throughout each month, Innsbrook has scheduled optional activities for owners and guests to participate in including live music in the Clubhouse most Friday nights and outdoor concerts during the summer - all included with stay. The property was amazing! Very clean, spacious and fit our needs perfectly. Our hostess Amanda was wonderful--quick to respond to any questions/requests. I would highly recommend and am planning on booking this property next year!

Nice home, with plenty of space for privacy, and we enjoyed our Innsbrook experience. Kids really enjoyed pool and playground at the Commons, along with all the deer on the resort. Very nice.

I happen to be a property owner in this development. We rented this for our overflow guests over the Memorial Day weekend. I can attest that this is one of the more well furnished and appointed chalets on the property. Innsbrook in general is a fantastic place to spend a weekend or more. We’ve been out here 24 years and love it as much as day one. You won’t be disappointed in this property or Innsbrook!
