This spacious three bedroom, two bath chalet is the perfect four seasons lake house for any getaway with family or friends. The house was built to encompass the breathtaking views of Lake Grendel from every room. The first floor boasts vaulted ceilings in the expanded living room with wood burning fireplace, a large open kitchen and dining area, and master bedroom with attached bathroom and laundry. The second floor offers equally scenic views from the main bedroom, double bunk room, and kid-friendly loft complete with a ping pong table and swing chairs.
This unique property offers an expansive deck with a gas grill and outdoor seating for ten. Relax on the new private dock and enjoy a drink or cast a line into the well-stocked, eight-acre lake. The chalet comes equipped with four kayaks, life jackets and several floats for those that want to explore the lake or go for a swim in the clear water off the sand beach.
This is one of the few chalets at Innsbrook that offers a flat and well manicured yard, providing easy lake access and a great place to enjoy yard games. In the evenings, build a fire and soak in the views while roasting s’mores steps from the lake.

This place is great! We only had a couple days to stay but wish we could have stayed all week. Everything is provided for you. They have the best spot on the lake in our opinion. We spent most our time on the lake fishing and kayaking. We will be back for sure!

This was our second trip to Innsbrook, and our first staying at this property. We will absolutely be booking this property in the future! Everything was phenomenal! We couldn’t believe how clean and welcoming all was when we checked in. The cabin was very well stocked with everything we needed for the week from the kitchen to the outdoor fun areas. There was plenty of room for our party (4 adults and 3 children).The property owners were wonderful to work with and definitely go the extra mile to ensure that their property provides a top notch getaway. We will definitely be returning!
