Great location,a real tuscany house! A studio with kitchinette fully equipped very helpful to have your coffee and breakfast.
They could improve the cleaning,being an old house there were insects and cobweb.

Was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The property is stunning — surrounded by rolling Tuscan hills, olive trees, and vineyards, offering a peaceful and authentic countryside experience. The apartment was beautifully furnished, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Within 30 minutes to Empoli Train Station, ideal for trips to Firenze and Pisa. Plenty of safe parking available.
Unable to use pool area as weather was too cold.
Highly recommend.

We stayed here for 3 nights.
PROS:
•great location, very picturesque
•staff very helpful and friendly
•great facilities, although we didn't get to use the pool
•very big rooms
•a small private garden in front of the room
CONS:
•there was A LOT of mould in the bathroom, and I mean A LOT
•the room was EXTREMELY dusty, my husband had an asthma attack on the first night
•they don't provide single use slippers, that is a shame because the floor was entirely made of stone
•the access to the parking is a bit tricky, but the staff was kind enough to let us park somewhere more comfortable
