Communication with Marija was excellent. We had an issue with the hair dryer, but with Marija's help, it was resolved within one day. Thank you for the quick response and assistance. The apartment is cleaned every day, and the bed linen and towels are changed every third day. There is good Wi-Fi and a good selection of TV channels. Parking is available on the property, and Koukounaries Beach is only a 7–10 minute walk away. The apartment is conveniently located close to supermarkets, several taverns, and a bus stop. The accommodation is ideal for families with young children because of the yard. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful stay on the island.

The kitchen utensils could use some improvement. The sound insulation and the position of the terrace are slightly problematic, as their layout and the trees that provide excellent shade make the entire property quite echo-prone and noisy. The air conditioning units, whose outdoor units are located on the terraces, can sometimes create unpleasant noise. In addition, a section of the road leading to the apartment is unpaved. However, despite these minor drawbacks, the accommodation is definitely worth recommending.

The property was well equipped, we found everything we needed in the kitchen for our breakfast, also in the bathroom there were toiletries and clean towels. The property is spatious, we had space for our luggage, clothes, stuff, also on the balcony we could hang our wet clothes. We enjoyed our walks trough the woods in the morning and evening, even though there were cars walking by and lifting the dust from the unpaved road.

The property could be cleaner, the floors especially and the fridge. We found in the fridge, when we got there, a bottle of juice that was very dirty.. also we didn’t touch the oven and the cooking space, probably it was functional but looked very rusty. Who doesn’t like walking too much, be aware of the walking distance from the property to the beach or the nearest restaurants and shopping market, because you have around 5 minute walk just to get to the main road through the woods. Especially when you decide to go by bus, be aware of this unpaved road that could be tricky with your luggage, that a why we took a cab (30E from the airport to the apartments, another 40E back to the airport)

This booking was room only - the location was ideal for restaurants and beaches. Communication from the owner was excellent - it was a shame we didn't get to meet but they answered all questions promptly.

Nothing. We had a great stay and would happily return in the future.

Good location and peaceful

The beds on the second level were hard mattressss on. Wooden slats - kitchen facilities were awful - no plug sockets upstairs completely useless to get ready to go out - two plugs downstairs none infront of a mirror
