Location -> the skibus stop is right at door step. Skilift is less than 5 mins drive. City center/shopping is less than 5mins drive. Parking on-site. Facilities-> Ski equipment storage in basement - a major convenience. Decent apartment facilities. Feels like home. Host -> Amazing hosts. Accommodating, helpful and very supportive.

Hard to point anything specific. Kitchen could have more utensils for a larger group.

Great apartments which I would recommend!

The overall experience was great! The apartments have everything you need for your stay, were clean, well maintained and comfortable. The views from the balcony are amazing and fit the name. The host (Lenny) is really nice and knows a lot about the area. Besides he’s willing to help to make your stay even better!

Great host, very nice appartment

Lenny was a perfect host. He's really committed and helpful, and you could ask him anything. The accommodation itself was spacious and had a fully equiped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and the skibus to the Hexenwasser gondola jn Söll stopped right in front of the door. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks Lenny!

The 6 persons appartment only had 5 barchairs, and the sleepingcouch was not that comfortable

The apartment was excellent, so clean and really well furnished to make it feel homely. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of kitchen utensils and even had tea/coffee with a coffee machine to use. It’s really easy to access also with there being a ski bus which picks you up and drops you off right outside and it is a mere 5 mins drive to the gondola and town centre. The lounge area is well laid out with a nice sofa bed and ample seating space for chilling in the evenings. The smart TV was great since you could sign in to your own Netflix and Prime accounts! Lenny was a great host and a lovely guy, he was so helpful and went out of his way numerous times to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Thank you!

Fabulous apartments 😍

We're just back from a wonderful week at Bergview Haus is Soll. What a fantastic find it was, we'll definitely be back. Lenny and Julia were the perfect hosts and the apartment was fantastic, very spacious, clean and comfortable with amazing views of the Hohe Salve. It was a 10 minute walk into Soll which we did most days. We had a car for getting to the ski lift station but the ski bus stopped outside the apartment too. There's a boot room in the basement for secure ski and boot storage and a private car park.

Great stay, lovely apartment, great host

Lenny is a great host, nothing a problem for him. Apartment was clean, modern, very spacious and well appointed. There was a ten minute walk into town from under bridge across the road from property. There was a choice of two ski buses across the road from the property. If you needed a taxi in the evening this cost approximately €7 although walk was lovely back to property after dinner.

Some people may not like walk of ten minutes into town, but we knew that booking so it did not bother us. It is a lovely walk into town.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay in Soll at Bergviewhaus apartments

The apartments were spacious, comfortable and clean. Plenty of hot water and fresh linen and towels after 7 nights. Kitchen was well equipped, although having a microwave too would have been nice. Great to be able to use the barbq and make the most of the warm evening sitting outside. Parking on site. Lovely views. 10 min walk on quiet road to town centre. Lenny, the owner was really helpful and friendly, couldn't do enough for you., really lovely, welcoming chap.

The only slight negative for us was as our apartment was at the front of the house, the traffic noise due to close proximity to the road was a bit of a nuisance and made you think twice having the windows open or make more use of the balcony (which was a shame as it was exceptionally hot during our stay)

De ruimte zelf en de 2 slaapkamers

De tafel met hoge barkrukken vonden wij niet ideaal en iets aan de kleine kant. Verder hadden wij ook een skischoenverwarmer verwacht in de kamer waar ook al het skimateriaal staat opgeslagen maar helaas was die niet aanwezig

Prijs en kwaliteit is prima, locatie is ook goed te doen.

Prijs kwaliteit is prima. De locatie is goed. De skibus stopt voor de deur en brengt je in 7 minuten naar de piste. Terug weg is ongeveer 20 minuten lopen, of ook weer met de bus in 7 minuten. Bedden waren prima. Ook de slaapbank in de kamer. 2 badkamers is ook heel fijn.

Er was weinig licht boven het aanrecht. Vooral met afwassen merk je dit. Ik heb als aanbeveling opgemerkt om extra licht boven de afwasbak te maken. De bartafel is vrij klein om aan te eten. Het appartement ligt aan een drukke weg. Wij sliepen aan de achterkant, hier heb je niet zo'n last van het verkeer.

Tolle und empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit super Lage zum Skigebiet

Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage, der Skibus hält quasi direkt vor der Tür. Die Eigentümer sind super lieb und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Die Größe des Apartments Brandstadl ist auch für sechs Personen ausreichend. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.

Alltägliche Dinge, an die man als Reisender im ersten Moment nicht denkt, waren bei unserer Reise nicht vorhanden. Müllbeutel für Plastikmüll, Alufolie, Gewürze und Kaffee beispielsweise. Beim nächsten Besuch denken wir daran, so etwas mitzunehmen.

Inventaris iets uitgebreider (keuken) Helaas ligt het huis dicht aan een drukke doorgaande weg dus met slapen geeft dit wel wat geluidshinder.

Leuk, schoon en centraal gelegen appartement

Het appartement was schoon. Goede apparatuur en pannen in de keuken. De host Lenny was erg aardig en reageerde snel op onze vragen en verzoeken, dat was heel fijn. De ski bus stopte nagenoeg voor de deur en daarmee was je in 2 stops bij de gondelbaan. Het skigebied is erg groot, dus volop keuze aan pistes. Het geluid van de doorgaande weg is in het Polven appartement minder te horen (als je de ramen open hebt), omdat het aan de achterkant van het gebouw ligt.

Wij verbleven in het Polven appartement, wat het kleinste appartement is. De tweede slaapkamer met stapelbed had geen raam waardoor het wat benauwd was in die kamer. De eetbar was wat klein om met zijn vieren comfortabel van te eten. Daarnaast misten we opbergruimte voor onze spullen, een extra plank in de kledingkast, of een extra plank aan de muur om onze skihelmen op te leggen, boodschappen op te ruimen of een stoel in de slaapkamer om de gedragen kleding even op te leggen.
