Its a 3 star hotel, looks like and charges like 4 star hotel and service feels like a 2 star hotel

The Hotel looks really nice. They obviously spent a lot on building it and looking after it. Its got some nice features and the food was good. I probably wouldn't go again, but its the kind of place my son would think is nice, but my partner would expect more.

I would guess that the staff are not paid very much. Particularly the evening staff, clearly they were not having a great time. The younger staff I'm guessing has little to no training. As a guest you have to guess a bit to work out what is going on. At breakfast I sat at the wrong table after waiting for 10mins and asking a staff member, so I gave up and just sat down, then I was told off. Obviously I moved but a sign or an explanation at check in, or anything really so I knew the process. We went to go to the bar to find its was hired for a 'function' so a party was in full swing, again not a problem but just telling us the bar was closed on a friday evening till 8pm would have been helpful. There was no one to help with check out so the kitchen staff have to come round, again fine, but just leaves you standing there confused as to how to get someone. The lady doing the cleaning was the only one I felt actually knew how to deal with customers and was friendly. We felt like an inconvenience to the other staff.

Disappointing

The wellness area was great, but as I mentioned not easy to reach.

The appartment room was 2 km away from the main house. The wellness center, reception and bars / restaurants were located in the main house = 2 km away from where I stayed. The homepage did not say / show that clearly. I truly feel betrayed.

Sehr gut. Alles Frish und sauber. Für uns wurde sogar ein bessere Zimmer vorbereitet. Beim Abendessen wurde extra für uns das Menu angepasst. Top Personal. Sehr freundlich

Genuss ist hier Programm :-)

Die Einrichtung/Stil des ganzen Hotels ist mega gemütlich, zum wohlfühlen. Die Atmosphäre ist familiär, unkompliziert, Personal ist freundlich und das Essen top! Speziell schön war auch das zusätzliche Bett am grossen Fenster im Zimmer, zum schlafen oder einfach die Stimmung draussen zu beobachten. Der Aussen-Whirlpool war zudem unser Lieblingsort, nachts bis 22 Uhr, mit einer Mütze bei Minusgraden unter dem Sternenhimmel sprudeln, das war wunderschön.

Die Temperatur des Pools dürfte für uns persönlich 3 Grad höher sein, damit man in dem wirklich tollen schönen Pool einfach nur die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Whirlpool mit 34 Grad war perfekt, Pool mit 31 musste man sich einfach bewegen und schwimmen, dann gings.

Sehr gerne wieder

Frühstück sehr gut, Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit , Essen a la carte lässt keine Wünsche offen, auch mein etwas ungewöhnlicher Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Vielen Dank noch einmal dafür !

Die Saunen müssten bis zur angegebenen Zeit funktionieren und das Wasser im Außenbecken könnte etwas wärmer sein. Aber ansonsten absolut TOP, inklusive der Einrichtung

Un bon point de chute

La demie-pension et le petit-déjeuner étaient très bons, la chambre cosy et le lit confortable.

Le service parfois un peu long au dîner, la salle de bain un peu vieillotte.

Prachtig hotel, heerlijk verblijf, super vriendelijk personeel

De kleine kamers aan de voorzijde liggen direct aan de weg waardoor het raam open te lawaaierig was ‘s nachts (maar werd door hotel opgelost door kamerwissel)
