El hotel está muy bien situado y también está muy cuidado. La señora que atiende la recepción es muy amable.
El hotel no tiene aire acondicionado y en verano, en esta zona hace muchìsima calor.

Great location outside the village walls looking up at the hills. Quiet. The hosts were friendly and allowed us to store our bicycles in the garage. They supplied a great breakfast.

Situation géographique parfaite, au pied des remparts de la vieille ville, au dessus du marché, à 5 mn de tous les restaurants du bourg, à 1 mn de l'Office du tourisme, et sur les accès directs aux centres d'intérêt de Prats (église médiévale, fort Lagarde ...).
L'hôtel est récemment rénové, et présente des chambres calmes, lumineuses, modernes, et agencées avec gout.
Bon panorama depuis les balcons fleuris.
Le chauffage par radiateurs de fonte, est très réactif. La salle d'eau, d'une propreté irréprochable.
Son restaurant semi gastronomique, est référencé au Michelin.
Le petit déjeuner présente un excellent rapport qualité/prix.
Parking public proche gratuit, et parking privé de l'hôtel aussi accès direct aux chambres, par le parking privé.
La literie, et notamment le matelas, pourtant de grande dimension, est d'une conception initiale dépassée, et d'un confort très dégradé.
