The location is perfect.
The following feedback relates to that apartment not the overall property: Apartment 15 Is a tired apartment No aircon ( during summer this is not good) Blinds in main bedroom shows mould Ensuite was recently renovated Doors / Cabinets are old and chipped - replacement would be good . The kitchen opening draws and cupboards gave an old off smell .
