Wonderful with huge rooms!

It’s a lovely hotel with huge rooms. I love that there is an attached kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. The bathrooms were renovated and very clean. I loved the breakfast there, fresh, good quality and felt like home food. The staff for breakfast was amazing, they made sure everyone was well fed and taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place if you want a little quiet time, away from the hustle bustle of the city.

The best of Indian classy hospitality at an affordable price

Spacious studio rooms, with garden along side the hotel . The building is beautiful and impeccably clean . Staff (many are still there year after year) I amazing ! Love having the kichenette. It’s a very quiet location and I love the atmosphere there. Food in restaurants is well prepared and delicious. The new cafe is a bonus too. This January weather was extremely cold in jaipur and I appreciated heaters in the room..I always return . I forgot the bathrooms renovated are fantastic !

This is a top hotel in a great city, and budget friendly.

We had almost an apartment with a sitting area, dining table, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. There was a mini kettle, microwave, fridge freezer and two electric heaters which were welcomed as the temperatures plummeted with freezing fog for over a week. We were able to hand wash our clothing and put out on one of two balconies to dry in the late daytime sunshine. The restaurant is functional and warm and does a mix of dishes which you can see being prepared. They also do in room dining so you don’t even have to leave the mini apartment. There was a large TV in the bedroom and the hotel had WiFi also. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets immaculate and clean. Towels were soft and fluffy.

Do not book for the holiday season due to 2x price surcharge .Their bills are shady.

The space was clean.

The property hyped the price by 2x during the holiday season, At this price you can book a 4 star hotel. And the facilities are not value for money. They also reduce the price of the rooms in our bill and add extra beds that we never ordered, to save taxes. The location is not perfect for cars as you will encounter a lot of traffic around the smaller streets of the area.

Cleanliness

Breakfast was very bad , the choice of food was not upto the mark and Quality of Dishes prepared was very poor , below the Expectations . The lady chef does not have required Skills to prepare good quality food and even the tea served was full of water and less milk , no taste at all

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

The hotel is like family came many times But since a year ago they have changed the policy of pet nd plants in roof all dry ...

Pet policy isn't good ..this hotel was famous in jaipur for its love for pets now ....it's not the same with the worst room available for pets only. It's a pity as I loved this place much .. Some caring and love it has disappeared. So sad .Hoping they change this policy nd becomes lovely as before with grooming flowers nd plants in lovely roof garden as before.

Comfortable and value for money stay

Rooms are spacious and excellent and Staff is courteous. However Staff can be more efficient as well for example the billing staff takes a lot of time in checking out even after advance instructions. Can be helpful for someone who has a busy day ahead.

Breakfast team is excellent when it comes to service but they should be taught to not touch things with bare hands and specially food items. That kills their good service and attitude. Small think which can be improved by using clear gloves.

Ohhh Om Niwas you could do better .

Beautiful terrace and garden , big spacious rooms , lovely garden restaurant with fantastic Nepali cook who makes amazing Italian dishes , old charm hotel and come since more than 15 years as a guest .

I only like the upper floor rooms . In general I think the rooms need a proper renovation and new textiles . There was noise from neighbors weddings and construction near by . WiFi sucks . Staff at reception should be trained better . Light in room at night were disturbing.

Overall, our stay was very comfortable and we look forward to staying here again.

Breakfast - Though spread was limited, food was tasty. Personalized attention by restaurant staff was a big plus. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Clean linen and replacement of towels everyday was satisfying. Dinner - Was also good. Reception area is spacious. Parking space in the front is convenient.

The room where we stayed on 23rd had a very small bathroom and the window was open to outside view. The electric kettle in our room (24th to 28th) gave some problems in between. Initially the switch did'nt work and later the plug point did'nt work.

Haven in Jaipur

The spaciousness of the suites and mine had a lovely balcony on the garden where the birds were singing!! The rooms are large and provide a great place to work(home away from home)Loved having a kitchen for small meals or snacks. I requested a gas stove as I need a special diet and that was provided within 48 hours. The kitchen staff and servers are absolutely star quality and delightful. The location is great and quiet within Jaipur. I love the old world beautiful house that is Om NIWAS... The food is well prepared and I appreciate that eggs and filter coffee are available. Could use a little less salt for my taste in the Indian food but really all was delicious. Fabulous breakfast buffet. Amazing caring and professional staff Grateful to have finally stayed here. I will return. The bakery cafe also offers great baked goods, jams and achar pickles as they do in most of the Niwas lovely hotels in Jaipur....

Nothing really... I did ask the reception about a day trip , maybe to the tiger forests as detailed in their hotel brochure and no one seem to know much about it so I gathered it was not available!

A rather dusty dated establish but close to the railway station.

Excellent kitchen room service.

We were supposed to be met at the station. That didn’t happen. We had sent our train arrival details as requested but no auto to meet us. The dirty room. We were asked if we wished our room cleaned but that was the usual tasks — clean towels, bed made but that wasn’t necessary as towels can be reused. If we’d asked for a complete dust that would have sent us sneezing for the rest of our stay.
