I couldn't understand the logic of the hotel policy of considering a child who has not even attained puberty phase is treated as an adult. They only consider children of upto 6 years of age as children. Older children more than 6 are considered as adults, no matter whether they are of 18 years old or not. So they charged ₹300 per day extra for my 14 years old daughter which was paid for 3 consecutive days. They say it was their hotel policy that children above 6 years were considered as adults. Even after paying ₹300 extra per day, they didn't support to provide extra pillow for my daughter. Secondly, the reception staff behaved with unnecessary negative attitude. One can clearly feel it. Other secondary service staff seemed mostly young boys. We booked Premium Room. But, unfortunately and surprisingly, it didn't have hot water geyser for bath. Reported to the staff. When enquired, the staff retorted that there was some water pipeline issue and hot water was not available in the hotel. For three days, we all three bathed in cold water. Small fridge was there but not working. It was reported to the staff member who although very confident about mistake on my part, later accepted non-working condition of it. Bedding was too soft, not firm and there always was some gap between 2 single attached beds which disturbed sleep quite often. No RO water jug and glasses served; feeling thirsty, buy packaged drinking water bottle (no bisleri served here). My daughter had been complaining for two days about mosquito bites and showed me the bites marks. I assured her that there were no mosquitoes. But the night before our check out day, I was horrified when she showed me a strange insect near the side pockets of my pants which I immediately identified as a large bedbug. Didn't provide us basic essential

First of all, the mobile number listed for the hotel is incorrect and does not connect at all. Moreover, the hotel’s contact number is not properly mentioned anywhere else, making it very difficult to contact them. I had to personally visit the hotel to get their number. When I reached the reception, the staff initially refused to confirm my booking and told me that I did not have any booking at all. After a lot of difficulty and discussion, my booking was finally confirmed. After that, I asked for assistance in taking my luggage out of the car, but the staff refused to help, saying that they did not have anyone available to assist me. I had to carry my luggage upstairs myself. Basic amenities were also missing. There was no drinking water available, no towel was provided, and the shower was not working/available. I also tried contacting the hotel regarding breakfast, but nobody answered the phone. Even the reception phone was not being answered. The overall cleanliness and hygiene inside the hotel were extremely poor. The hotel did not feel properly maintained or clean. Overall, I had a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families. The management seriously needs to improve customer service, communication, cleanliness, and basic guest facilities
