Perfect for a short break

For two people it was a good place to stay for a few nights. Everything we needed. Comfy, clean and very quiet. Definitely value for money.

Maybe outdoor furniture could be refurbished.

Pleasant

Made very welcome. Lounge and kitchen area well designed, tidy and clean. Middle of nowhere and very quiet.

We may just have been very unlucky because other reviews on this site are very positive, but we found the bedroom smelt and felt damp. There was a torrential thunderstorm the night we arrived, and this might have been the cause, but we both suffered from breathing problems and decided to leave early.

Awesome and value for money.

Host was the kindest, sweetest lady I have personally ever met and we have stayed in many annexes and was so nice to talk to, making us feel very welcome.

Excellent accomodation

The hosts were welcoming but respected our privacy which was great. The Annexe had everything we needed and was very comfortable for our 2 nights stay. We didn’t use the cooking facilities but everything was there if we had needed to. A very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend it.

Perfect for my needs as a solo traveller needing to work, but would also be brilliant for a holiday.

Quiet, scenic location, with welcoming pub nearby. Good base for touring Suffolk.

Nit picking here - TV could possibly be updated, but not a big problem. Works perfectly well, and is good size. More than counterbalanced by everything else.

Fabulous location great accommodation would definitely recommend.

Good location for our needs it was a great little bolt hole with excellent amenities very clean with everything you could need. Sam was an excellent host and very helpfull. I would highly recommend this accommodation and would not hesitate to return.

"What's not to like"

The property is in a small quiet rural village with a pub. All the facilities needed for a short break are provided. There are views of open countryside to the front and rear. Ideal for a touring base of the area by car or for walks.

Beautiful setting, gorgeous accommodation with all provided, spotlessly clean, lovely Hosts!

Sam was there to meet me as I wasn't sure where to park so I received a lovely welcome! The Annexe was beautifully clean, I didn't need to get anything extra, it was all there plus some milk for a drink, fantastic!

Quintessential English Village

The Annex is clean, bright and very tastefully decorated. It is very comfortable with all amenities supplied. The village is beautiful, very peaceful yet close to everywhere you wish to visit. Sam is very welcoming and extremely helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

I have no negative feedback about the accomodation or the host.

Very clean and modern, well equipped, tastefully decorated. Good arriving instructions. Gorgeous location.

I just needed a little more info about the shower. Didn't realise that buttons 'low eco high' referred to temperature and not water flow as I assumed. Therefore couldn't get a hot shower at first but then resolved OK. Didn't want to disturb Sam as I knew I would figure it out eventually!

Very clean, well-thought out little property. Perfect for a short getaway from everything.

Just about perfect, lovely property set in a tiny little village. Property presented in excellent order with everything required for a short break including instructions for WI-FiI, heating, etc. Living normally in the middle of a chaotic city it was so nice to have a few nights of near silence.

Situated in a tiny village with lovely surroundings and an excellent pub 100yds up the road. Cosy, with all we needed for a short stay. Small patio area where you could catch the sun most of the day .
