Located just outside of the central part of Bologna, the property was a short walk to all of the key attractions in the city. Although located about a half hour walk from the train station, there is so much to see along the way that it didn't seem far at all! Lots of shopping and restaurants and amenities close by. Great location.
As the room was located on the ground floor, and the bedroom faces the street, I did find it rather noisy at times. Also, we never did meet our host, so I wasn't sure if I was communicating with an AI or an actual person when it came to working out the details of the booking.

The location was perfect for me--very near the university where I had meetings. The flat is exceptionally large for being in the heart of Bologna and in one of those gorgeous, ancient buildings. It is perfect for a couple or couple with a kid.
It would be helpful to have some instructions available on how to use the stove. I tried to figure it out and even looked online for instructions on convection, electric ovens, but did not succeed. I used the oven instead-once. It would also be nice to have a supply of dish washing soap available.

Nice and spacious. Quiet street yet near centro storico.
For a 5 day stay they only provided 1 set of sheets and 1 set of towels. Had to use a shirt to cover my pillow the fist 3 nights. I asked for more and they provided it but 3 days later.
They need to replace the pillows, provide 2 pillows per person and not 1 and soon they need to replace the mattress as it has an indent in the middle.
