Royal Park Balaclava Villa Sandpiper

La villa est située dans un village sécurisé avec gardien et barrière à l’entrée, ce qui apporte un réel sentiment de tranquillité et de sérénité. Elle offre tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour parfait : climatisation, grande cuisine très bien équipée, piscine agréable, espaces spacieux et bien aménagés. L’ensemble est moderne, fonctionnel et très confortable, idéal pour se détendre et profiter pleinement du séjour. Un grand merci à Jean-Marc, qui s’est occupé de moi durant tout le séjour. Il a toujours été de très bon conseil, que ce soit pour les restaurants ou les activités à découvrir sur l’île. Son accueil a été extrêmement chaleureux et attentionné, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable.

The villa is absolutely amazing. There is a central pool. Around the pool there are the living room, the master bedroom, and another bedroom where you can widely open the doors. In the patio you have a place with a table and chairs and another place with sofas and sofa chairs. All in all you have a wide open space. There is another 3rd bedroom at the back side. The pool is 6x3 metres and sufficient for swimming. We could had afforded a quarantine for the case of a positive PCR test without issues. The kitchen furniture is of high quality and the kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom equipment is of high quality too. You have a nice rain shower and also a bath tube. The internet quality decreased in the evening times. I had a pre-paid SIM from my.t which worked well for the case. There are 2 parking places at the house. The cleaning service was excellent. They came twice within our 10 days stay and changed the bed linen each time. The beds were very comfortable. The villa is located within a guarded area. Like a gated community.

You have to consider that this villa is located outside or the beach areas. You need a car. There is a beach about 5min by car but it is not really suggested. You should consider going to Trou aux Biches (10min) or Mont Choisy (20min). The fastest route is the costal road. The next supermarket is close to Trou aux Biches. There is also one in Triolet but this road is pretty crowded. If this location doesn't bother and you like to have a private and spacey area then you can see this as a pro.

The villa's setup/decos was outstanding. Clean and high quality amenities like bedsheets etc.

The pool was not well maintained. Had to be 'shocked' on arrival due to algea. But the huge one at the club house compensated for it.
