All good

The staff are warm, attentive, and have a good sense of humor. They are very accommodating. The rooms have all the upmarket touches like in-room amenities and big desks for doing work. It is located in a Central location in old Garagaon, close to the old classic market and street stalls, for a taste of traditional India, as opposed to the new dot com buildings in the new part of Guragram. I also had an issue where I left important materials back in my room - Veena at the front desk was able to rescue them and sent them securely by courier to me on the other side of Delhi - otherwise I would have missed my flight! She packed them and sent them with no questions asked and followed up to be sure all was ok. This is exceptional ! These staff work tirelessly to make the guest experience seemless. There are also a lot of Japanese at this hotel - and as a seasoned traveller having visited 60+ countries, I’m here to tell you that the cultural mix at this particular hotel is hilarious and memorable. Loved it!

Room size, staff, cleanliness, location

There was a weird smell in the room, Jacuzzi didn't work, shower gel and shampoo dispensers didn't work. I could have opted for a lower value room had I known these things won't work. Also, the booking title said free 15 mins massage, which wasn't offered.
