Location. Layout. Ambience. Staff. Sisi.
Some elements of the room not working as they should. Our shower was in the bath with no rubber nonslip map available and shower screen leaked badly. Although obviously laundered some stains on bed sheets.

Great location , amazing views and fabulous breakfast . Staff were lovely but Daniella from the restaurant was exceptional.
Lights on the corridor shone through the windows at night but we covered our window with a towel.

We were very lucky.
They didn't find our reservation. But immediately upgraded us to their other hotel opposite, brand new and on the beach.
Nicer, bigger room, overlooking the sea. Very kind staff. And got different bonuses.
