We enjoyed the friendly, helpful staff & their service. Particularly in referring a great private driver to get us on time to Jepara to catch a fast boat. The pool area was also very nice.

Rooms decent size, pool cleanliness was ok.
Bed was comfortable.
No response to any of my questions prior to arrival.
Check in no info given.
Bathroom had a strong smell of urine.
Very old facilities, like time travel back to the 80s. No refurbishment done to the building for decades. Very old bathroom. The whole hotel looks great on pictures, looks fresh and new, trust me, it isn't.
TV unwatchable, they're using antenna, not a single channel which would be a clear picture, no cable channels,
Way overpriced for what you get.
Breakfast is 110+ per person, and the selection is very limited. Tiny breakfast place in the lobby, decided to eat elsewhere.
Pool is tiny (pictures online again misleading)
