It was calm and just 5 min from the centre - exactly what I wanted for my vacation
There were no dishwashing liquid or sponges

The apartments are located a 5 min walk into the centre of Dalyan in a very quiet area. The building and apartments are in reasonable condition with good air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The appartment had a small kitchen with fridge and a 2 ring hob. (Standard for Turkey). The owner/Manager was was very helpful and polite.
The pool area lets down what could have been a very good score. The pool water was clean but the pool itself is stained and looks bad, the surrounding pool area is very untidy with worn and ripped artificial grass, if pool area problems were addressed they would have a really good product

Great little hotel/apartment. It's clean and comfortable.
The location was amazing, shops less than 4 minutes away and the river front just over 10, it was extremely quiet in the evenings.
It's very good value for money.
The owner Hakan was very helpful and always polite.
Aircon was very good.
We would definitely stop again

Super emplacement
Le coin cuisine laisse à désirer par le nettoyage car c’était pas propre et la salle de bain le toilette bougeait et la douche fuit donc toute la journée et la nuit il y avait pleins d’eau dans la salle de bain
