5 BR, 5 1/2 bath OCEANFRONT condo located at Villa Magna (name recently changed to Fiesta Americana) resort on the beautiful Mexican Riviera beach in Nuevo Vallarta Mexico. We are a 10 minute taxi ride to Bucerias.
You will sit on our balcony and listen to the sounds of the ocean and marvel at the masterful sunsets. Enjoy a long walk on the pristine beach right outside your door. Our spacious 2850 sq ft condo offers you the choice of all-inclusive access to the 5 restaurants on premises, purchasing individual meals from one of the many restaurants on site or using the beautiful kitchen to create your own masterpieces (or having a personal chef cook the meals for you) - the options are limitless to fine-tune your ideal vacation. The property has 3 pools, a gym and tennis court.

Enough bedrooms for all

When we booked our 10 night stay through VRBO we were very nervous but the owner was very helpful and answered all of our questions and provided us with an on site contact, Karina, for when we arrived. I was also in contact with Karina before our trip with last minute questions. Thank-you Karina.
When we walked in we were blown away with everything, with the view being the first thing we noticed. We dropped our bags and went outside to the spacious deck and just stood there in awe.
We were two families of five and this layout was perfect with every bedroom having it's own bathroom. Very convenient. This was the perfect layout for us and very spacious.
The kids (and the adults) really enjoyed the warm ocean water and the boogie boarding but we always ended up in the pools. The cooler pools are by the beach but as you head further up the pools get warmer and end at the hot tub. The older boys found the pool basketball hoop and the younger ones just loved playing around in the pool for hours and hours. The snack bar staff were fantastic and we loved the 2 for 1 drink specials from 4-6pm. 65 pesos for the 2 drinks. Yummy.
