Overall I wasn’t to pleased I wasn’t going to right a review as I never like to give bad feedback but I just wasn’t happ

Bathroom door was broken an didn’t close lock fell on the floor and the door frame was busted with wood hanging off it window broke an won’t close fully when we asked to change room the man came in and told us to push the door close and lock it to close it. This was room 310

I would not recommend

We had 2 double beds. Room was clean on arrival, beds were comfy. Lively bar attached to hotel.

We were extremely disappointed with the way we were treated during our stay. Following a fire alarm, the groundsman entered our room unannounced approximately 30 minutes later, barging past us without warning or explanation. This made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. We went downstairs to raise our concerns, however the situation only worsened. The owner was rude and dismissive, stating that the groundsman had every right to enter our room in this manner and offered no apology whatsoever. In addition to this, our bedding was not changed for the entire three nights of our stay, despite us asking numerous times for this to be sorted. This is a basic expectation for hygiene and comfort, and it was extremely frustrating to be repeatedly ignored. As four young women staying in a different country, this experience was particularly intimidating and distressing. At no point was our privacy, safety, or wellbeing taken into consideration, nor were our concerns taken seriously. We expected a basic level of respect, professionalism, and cleanliness, all of which were sadly lacking. This experience significantly affected our stay and left us feeling upset and unsafe. We hope this matter is taken seriously and that appropriate steps are taken to ensure future guests are treated with respect and basic standards are met.

Surcharge of €75 on top of booking cost as I had 3 rooms booked, they also looked for a deposit of €150 per room on the night, these items should be on booking.com prices and flagged on ads, I would of stayed elsewhere

Perfect location but is noisey

Room was big, Location and view was great. Pub below was very good and pub staff were great. Easy check in and out and they were able to mind our bags for us for the day for €10.

Shower was still dirty. Breakfast was not nice and Not an Irish breakfast. The noise was all night and into the morning due to deliveries- to be expected because of location. The room was too hot in the mornings too.

Close to everything, rooms were clean and staff were friendly.

The room doors slam anytime someone goes in or out of a room. This could be heard throughout the entire floor and at night woke me up. The rooms are incredibly hot and made it difficult to sleep. The location, although great for the daytime made it difficult to sleep at night because of the noise. Hotel should also include on their website where it is that people can park. I had to message the property directly to find out.

Perfect location if you're in Dublin enjoying the nightlife

Perfect location and the rooms were great with modern decor.

The windows to our room were not great and didnt close very securely. Which meant due to the location it made inside the rooms very loud. Also there was drilling outside the room between 6-7am on a Monday which isn't ideal.

Right in Temple Bar, close to O’Connell. Easy to get transportation to and from airport. Bars and restaurants nearby. Restaurant offered good breakfast.

Be prepared for the noise if you stay here. I knew that I would be amongst the nfl party crowd but you wouldn’t want this location if you had a baby requiring sleep.

Location, proximity to amenities and the bathroom was good.

It was above a bar that played extremely loud music until 2am every night and it was impossible to sleep. The walls were actually shaking. The doors to all rooms close by all slammed too. They should have mechanisms to stop this.

Amazing location, view, staff, and nice clean facilities. The window with a standing view is epic as it faces the river and street.

The hair-dryer was not working properly, and smelled burning when used. It is definitely a bit louder near the bars, since music plays pretty late.

I would recommend this hotel to others.

The staff was extremely professional and helpful to our many inquiries. We were able to leave our luggage when we arrived from a morning flight and even managed to get in the room slightly early!

The noise from the neighbourhood was definitely present but it did quiet down for the most part by midnight.

Front office staff were cordial and helpful. Location is very good. City centre is walkable from the hotel. Plenty of eating joints and pubs around. Room and toilet were clean.

Location was phenomenal! Didn’t have to drive or get a bus anywhere. Breakfast was lovely and room conditions were fab! So clean and spacious.

It was so loud at night, (literally couldn’t sleep) if you want a good night sleep you won’t get one but if you are out most the night enjoying the local music and nightlife you’ll find it ideal.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of Temple street. The hotel was itself was clean and excellent value for money. I had traditional Irish stew in the bar and it was excellent. If you're looking for a value for money hotel in an excellent location, this is for you.

Location is great if you like action.

The location was fantastic, right in the Temple Bar action. We had a couple of things that we needed and the staff was at our door within seconds of our request.

The room had no extra room for our large suitcases. It was incredibly difficult to unpack. Also if you are not a fan of a ton of noise until 4 in the morning then this hotel is not for you. Less busy on week nights but weekends are crazy. I personally loved the music. No air con and room got a little stuffy.

The cleanliness wasn’t that great. My towel had a weird smell to it which put me off. It was also very warm in the room and because of the loud environment we couldn’t keep the windows open or else it was too loud.

The carpets in our room had a foul odour as did the hallway leading to our room. The stains and odour in the room when it got hot were amplified so we always had to leave the door and windows open.

Good location, easy access

They try to charge you a supplemental fee if you book on Booking.com, unless you cancel here and pay again on their site. BEWARE We decided not to, but we had to pay it in person. €120. We asked for toilet paper and we had to ask them 3 times until they finally brought it up. No fridge. Not the best water pressure.

The hotel staff were very polite, we also enjoyed the hotel room as it was just us three girls so we didn’t need too much space and it was nice.

The bar below was very rude to us. We had tried to enter the bar at about 11pm and it was evidently busy, but as we got to the doors the female bouncer had told us the bar was “closed” and we couldn’t enter. She also allowed random men from the bar who were smoking outside to join in and tell us the place was closed as if it was funny. how can a bar be closed when it is literally full of people because we could see with our own eyes it was busy. honestly so rude of her.

There was an surcharge for stay 3 days and above. I enquired by email what what is this but there were only auto replies in circular loops that do not address the question. This was bad. Breakfast starts only at 8.30am. Should start earlier, at say 7.30am.

The windows don’t block the noise from outside at all. Music plays until 2:30 AM. There is nowhere to put your bags, only a tiny open closet with 3 hangers and no dresser or drawers of any kind. You have to live out of your suitcase. The shower opening is very narrow and a large person would not be able to squeeze through. There was very low water pressure.
