Breakfast
Room was too hot. No mirror except in bathroom. Teabags etc weren’t replenished. Bar was closed Friday evening, could not get any drinks ex wine

The hotel is excellent for families, specially if you have kids that like to swim, the pool has a very wide open hours and it doesn't restrict kids in certain times, like many other hotels do. The breakfast was really good too. Staff was nice and helped us with everything we needed.
People smoking close to the bedrooms area was really stressful for us, we couldn't let our balcony's door open because all the time people were smoking around our bedroom. If the hotel can restrict this, it would become even better. I think people would only be allowed to smoke in certain areas to do not disturb others wellbeing.

This was my second stay at the hotel for business purpous. The location is very good for me due to my meetings in the area. The breakfast is very good. Staff is pleaseant.
I was disappointed about the room which was on the first floor and with no heating. Is was extremely cold in the room. The bathroom was not cleant properly and the flush in the toilet was very bad. I hope my next visit to the hotel will be better.
