Gästehaus Weiherhof

The apartment was in a traditional alpine building with wooden decor, overhanging roof, balconies, excellent seating area and facilities for washing clothing. The hosts were most helpful at all times.

Unfortunately the location is on the main road into Alpbach so there can be a number of cars going up and down the road. But when the walkinto the village is so short, the car numbrs not huge and the view is great it doesnt really matter.

A wonderful place to stay in Alpbach. The room was cosy, spotless, and well equipped, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to accommodate our early check-in and other requests. We wish would have had time also to have breakfast in the hotel, it seemed to be very lovely, too.

It was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, a living area with a very comfortable couch and arm chairs ( rare in ski apartments )

Very well equipped with everything you need in a kitchen but I found all of this on the surfaces restricted cooking space. Easily solved by moving stuff you don’t need onto the large dining table. If travelling with young children there are a lot of breakable items on display but a lot of storage you can use to put away for your stay. Very handy for local supermarket, restaurants, we had a car so check out how you will get to the gondola daily and get a locker there. There is a beautiful covered outdoor seating area with table tennis and table football which would be ideal if you are a large group in different apartments The hosts communication was super and helpful. This is the most comfortable ski apartment I have ever stayed in over 30 years of skiing
