About this house rental
Our house of 'CLAUD' is located on the edge of hillside in a rural environment where reign calm and tranquility. A swimming pool of 4mx9m fenced with a wooden terrace is in the heart of our garden. The house is 2 km from the village of 'Le Fleix' and 17 km from Bergerac in the Périgord purple.
Our house will allow you to spend relaxing holidays and to discover the sights of the Dordogne as well as its gastronomic specialties. The summer period offers numerous events such as regional product markets, night markets, cellar visits (Bergerac, Monbazillac, St Emilion). The nearby river Dordogne allows swimming and the practice of canoeing, paddle boarding.
The village has all the conveniences in terms of health and small shops nearby. A shopping center is also 10 minutes away.
House with a capacity of 5-6 people composed on the ground floor of an entrance, a kitchen, a dining room, a lounge, a bathroom, a toilet.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with double bed on mezzanine sleeps 2), a reading corner, a bathroom with WC.
Outside, a covered terrace of 60 m2 with garden furniture, a fenced and planted 5800 m2 with a sheep pen and a chicken coop (fresh eggs available), a 9mx4m fenced pool. The garden has games for children (swing, house, hut and zipline for children (use under the responsibility of an adult), large trampoline and an area to play petanque.
NOTA BENE: A deposit of 1.000 Euros will be asked upon your arrival and delivered to your departure if everything is ok.

The welcome was very friendly and the house was perfect. Lots of space and everything was very tidy and neat.

Owner of the house offers you the best stay possible in his house. Inside everything is so well taken care of: compliments!
Outside the garden is very spacious: very very big with a lot to do for the kids and yourself.
The pool is perfect. The patio at one side of the house offers you all day the best place to relax.
We really had the best time ever with our kids and would love to come back. Everything is in perfect condition. Thanks so much!

Une belle maison de campagne, rénovée avec goût avec tout le confort.
Des équipements intérieurs de très bonne qualité (cuisine impeccable avec tout le nécessaire).
Des installations extérieures variées dans un jardin très bien entretenu (piscine / trampoline / Balançoire / Tyrolienne..) un vrai bonheur pour les enfants .

Tout est impeccable, accueil du propriétaire très sympathique, maison et terrain propre avec de multiples activités pour enfant et adulte.
Nous avons apprécier le calme et nos enfants sont ravis du séjour.
