About this house rental
This contemporary house with exposed stone and beams has all the charm of yesteryear and the comfort of today. Set on the hillside at the entrance to the village of Razac De Saussignac, it enjoys a view of the surrounding countryside, the vineyard and its castle.
The house is entirely on one level as well as the terrace, the swimming pool and the parking, it is thus adapted to the person with reduced mobility.
You will find a peaceful and bright atmosphere where it is good to rest.
For your comfort this house is equipped with air conditioning but to cool off you have the private swimming pool (8.5 X4) with Roman steps and access ramp, it is secured by bar cover if necessary.
The swimming pool is heated, by a heat pump and a bubble cover.
Inside, large living room of 65M2, large screen HD connected television, kitchen equipped with new or recent appliances, dishwasher, microwave, large stainless steel stove .... . 1 bedroom with 180 cm beds, 1 master suite with 180 cm bed and bathroom with Italian shower and toilet, 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds, 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed, 1 bathroom with Italian shower, and toilet, new 2024 bedding, of very good quality. Linen is provided.
There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Outside a large terrace adjoining the swimming pool, plancha barbecue, garden furniture and resin sunbed with mattress.
Land of 2000 M2 unfenced.
Intimate holiday spot conducive to rest and visits to the typical bastides, castles and market. io
The Vigiers golf course and its restaurants are 1 km away.
Possibility of renting electric bikes that can be delivered on site to a partner provider.
You will find a fast charging station for your electric vehicles in the centre of the village.

We had a wonderful stay at Les Pinquettes. The property is beautiful, with a charming building and a lovely swimming pool set in peaceful, picturesque surroundings. It was exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.Sigrid was a fantastic host – so warm, friendly and kind. She even left us fresh fruit from her trees to enjoy, which was such a thoughtful touch. One of the highlights of our stay was the sheep in the neighbouring field. With Sigrid's permission, we had great fun feeding them our leftover bread, and it became a favourite daily activity!The location is excellent too, with easy access to many of the surrounding towns and cities, making it a perfect base for exploring the area.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and very much hope to return in the future. Highly recommended!

We recently spent five weeks at Sigrid’s house. All the reviews we read raved about Sigrid and now we know why. An absolutely fabulous host. The house was outfitted perfectly and the decor was both stylish and comfortable. The setting was spectacular and having sheep as neighbors is very underestimated. They were adorable. We would definitely return for another visit.Thanks again to Sigrid & Jean Paul.

Sigrid was wonderful: So helpful and friendly, no request was too much trouble. House well equiped and comfortable. The pool was brilliant. Great location.We would have no hesin returning.
