New property, all modern amenities, including electrical, great bathroom, shower, bathtub combination, full kitchen is wonderful to have. Dining out at restaurant was pleasant experience: both good, ambiance and service

If staying only two nights, hard to find time to use pool facilities. Recommend staying 3+ nights

The hotel lobby was nice and the pool was decent. We had a large spacious bed with a decent view in our room.

The hotel needs to upgrade the shower and toilet facilities. There is only one shower panel across both, so if you’re using the shower the toilet is open which we found weird. It also did not provide sufficient water stoppage, therefore water would go into the toilet and on the floor. The cleanliness of our room could have been better. The sink and other areas were not cleaned properly when we would return to our room; minor stains on the bedsheets. The service from the staff wasn’t great either. I would rate it the lowest. Never have I been to a 5 star hotel where I’ve asked for a mocha with oat milk or even just coffee with oat milk at breakfast and was told that the staff do not provide this, it is all self service. Most of the staff also were not welcoming with stiff faces, which again is not acceptable for a 5 star hotel. Drinks and food at the poolside bar also took a very long time. There was nobody who came to service you, no QR codes by the sunbed to make your order, you have to get up and go to order what you want at the bar which was also always understaffed and had 1 person servicing everybody. Therefore, it took such a long time to receive your order, even just your drink, meanwhile it’s close to 40 degrees heat. My partner and I had also booked a full body couples massage which was actually the worst part of our stay. The massage was terrible. Both masseuses just gently touched our skin and applied no pressure. I had asked my masseuse 5 times for more pressure. On the 5th time when she was meant to be massaging my feet, I felt was one hand on my foot with no effort, so I had raised myself to ask her for more pressure and saw that she was on her phone. Completely unacceptable! The worst massage we’ve both had and felt that we both could have done a better job on each other. Overall, there is significant room for improvement especially as many people come to stay for weddings.
