Amazing staff and location. So much to do in the area. The host was an amazing lady.
The beds are a little bit hard for our liking. But might suit others.

Location was great, staff were really friendly, breakfast was cooked to order
Only issue for us as we were hiking and had no vehicle is the lack of food options in the evening without travelling to nearby towns

arrived at b&b temp 34 deg outside and walked into the hall to the room The temp dropped to about 16 deg the room was the same no fans or air con in the room it was cool all night managed to sleep all night. Breakfast was excellant choice of cooked breakfast full English or or as you require it cereal or toast coffee tea fruit juice yogurt
the bed was a bit hard & the sheets were tightly tucked in so you could not move but got round it the shower was to hot but the owner was getting the plumber in to fix

Great location next to the reservoir, good sized rooms, good breakfast, accommodating hosts
Beds were uncomfortable and bedding felt very synthetic, room got too hot despite cool weather and the water in the shower was only boiling hot, room could have been cleaner too
