Quelle déception !
Dès notre arrivée, les problèmes ont commencé : nous avions réservé une chambre avec un lit double, mais nous avons trouvé deux lits simples. Ce n’était que le début… La climatisation fonctionnait très mal, rendant la nuit presque insupportable.
Le manager était extrêmement hautain, et nous avons eu une altercation avec lui. L’accueil en général laissait à désirer, et au petit déjeuner, à peine quelques mots d’anglais étaient compris. D’ailleurs, le petit déjeuner était tout simplement nul : rien d’italien, rien de frais, rien de spécial.
La plage ? Pleine de cailloux, et il faut payer pour des serviettes basiques (vendues à 0,69€ ailleurs, ici facturées 3,50€ !). Le dîner est à 45€ par personne… par jour ! Une blague.
L’hôtel est très isolé. Depuis l’aéroport, entre le bus et le train, il nous a fallu 1h45 pour arriver. Franchement, ça ne vaut absolument pas le détour.
Quant à la piscine, elle n’a rien à voir avec les photos : elle est minuscule.
Ce n’est en aucun cas un hôtel 4 étoiles. Honnêtement, je ne lui en donnerais même pas deux.

Place very beautiful. Staff were excellent.
Food at breakfast we were a bit disappointed. On leaving the resort we went to the check out reception and although we had told them that Agoda will charge for the stay they insisted we pay so we were charged twice.
After we paid by debit card they realised that we had paid twice so in a few days they reversed their payment.
