Everything, from the fact that you were welcomed with a smile to the fact that every floor smelled fresh. Properly maintained, staff would ask how you’re doing without even needing to ask.
By far the most professional, and well maintained hotel I’ve been to.

A brilliant place to stay. Superb location on the edge of the centre just a 5 minute walk away but quieter and close the the main station.
Very nice rooms, spotlessly clean and very comfortable beds and bedding
A superb buffet breakfast is available. Really good.
Excellent facilities with a lovely spa and pool and the staff were all so friendly and welcoming.
The laundry service was very very expensive. Be careful!!
