The location was very convenient & the boutique style was what we were looking for. The room felt surprisingly spacious for 20m2 & was very comfortable for 2 people.

Our stay at Hotel Mayfair was pleasant. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and, for the most part, filled our requests promptly. The location is excellent: close to major landmarks and excellent restaurants as well as a main metro station. The room was clean and comfortable if small.
During our four-day stay, workers were cleaning the exterior outside our windows every single day, which meant that we couldn't open our curtains or windows until they left (after 17:00). We were never told about this inconvenience. It was quite noisy. Also, the cost for our room was rather high for its quality and size. Yes, it's the 1st arrondissement, but we have had better values nearby.
