We really liked the location and accommodation. All of the staff were pleasant and helpful - we felt cozy and welcomed. The cleanliness was also on spot. In general - in was a lovely experience 😊

Not recommended – terrible value for the money The hotel is old, poorly maintained, and feels like it has no real manage

Absolutely nothing – a terrible hotel, it cannot even be called a hotel, it’s simply NOT a HOTEL, and certainly not 4 stars. The rooms are terribly bad, very old, far from the beach. We were accommodated in old houses on the 3rd floor with small children, right next to the main road, not near the beach. The staff? I don’t know if they were nationalists or simply programmed not to smile or just to hate the guests. Reception – terrible, they don’t want to help with anything.

Absolutely not worth it – avoid this place When we arrived, the staff greeted us in a very rude and unprofessional way. During check-in, they demanded €88 in cash, written only with a pen, and I received no receipt or proof of payment. This was supposedly a charge for our second child (3 years old – twins who sleep with us anyway). The room itself was terrible: extremely old, ugly, and with a horrible stale smell. The bedsheet was full of hairs, and I had to beg the cleaning staff to finally change it. The balcony was unsafe — the wooden railing was completely broken, which is dangerous for children. When I asked to change the room, the reception staff mocked me and said: “You booked through Booking, we can’t do anything. If you don’t like it, leave.” They gave me a phone number to call, but nobody ever answered (it was a number from Thessaloniki). When I asked for the manager, they just laughed again and told me: “Manager for rooms? Ha ha, if you don’t like it, feel free to leave.” In the end, I had to accept the situation, but it was outrageous to pay €300 per night for 2 adults and two 3-year-old kids for such a dump. The only decent part was the food. It wasn’t very tasty, but at least the kitchen staff tried hard to make sure meals were served warm and properly. The juice was terrible (better not to serve it at all), but the rest of the food was acceptable. Unfortunately, the rooms and the reception staff were absolutely awful — this is nowhere near a 4-star hotel.

Staff were accommodating and friendly, location is great

Initially placed in a semi basement room with moldy odor, wife got sick after first night buffet dinner. Room doors and keys didn't work properly. Room shutters had no latches and balcony door screen was shredded and in need of repair. Pool was ice cold, jacuzzi at pool was also ice cold with no visible way to start jets. Breakfast and dinner buffets were disappointing. Will not be going back, ever.

Was quite nice because of the location… the location was great!

The location is great! The water is so clear.. you can see the fish swimming in the water.

The food is not diversified… very poor… maybe good enough for vegetarians…. If you have kids the will never get something different then pasta…very poor food no desert at all and only watermelon or apple as fruit.

The property’s location was amazing as it was right in-front of the beach. The pool was a pleasant temperature and the selection of meals were impressive.

The beds were quite uncomfortable. The photos set our expectations high so we were disappointed when we saw the hotel in person as it was much more cramped.

Would not recommend this place

Very overpriced. Would not recommend this place to anyone. The dinner food was too salty and not good. The breakfast was nothing special. I paid almost 200$ for one night where the bathroom had small bugs, The WiFi was not available in the rooms. The pool closed very early you could not be in it in the evening. The bar charged 9€ for a small cocktail! The beach they have for the hotel is not very nice either.

The location next to the beach. Spacey rooms. Clean.

WiFi was terrible. Food had not enough options and 90% of options are pork, which I do not eat. Very low range of drinks. I paid All-Inclusive package, and they dont offer any fruit juice for kids although they have "soft drinks in the list" the offer only soda drinks, coffe or alcoholic drinks.

Very good

A perfect location with own hotel free sun beds and umbrellas on the beach. 'AI' is full of delicious and varied food and nice beverages. Polite staff. A free parking next to the hotel.

The hot water pressure is low on the second floor during the peak hours.

It is a major discomfort by not having internet in the rooms but only in public areas. Even that one is quite unstable and available only in certain places not in all public areas. This is a must to improve for a full experience and value for the money.
