Everyrhing was ok until check out time came. When we have arrived the reception was nice, he said everything is paid, said all information and we got into the room. Problem start from day 1. Pool water was green colour shows no any water treatment, we avoid to swim on that dirty water, day after that swimming pool get out of service for whole our stay (as goverment inspector was shutting it down). Breakfest was like kfc, while there were 4 waitresses, all tables were full of dishes and you should bring back your dishes (which serbian people were doing and tought waitresses to not work). Please if you are there like civilized people eat your breakfast and leave, not by bringing your dish to kitchen make crowd and dirt. In the time of check out, the new reviption try to scam us. Say we did not recived full amount of booking. I show the payment trough Agoda and then he get angry say I dont care they charged you but we did not get full. 20 euro less we recived from Agoda. I said you may pay commission or service fee to them that is not on me. he said no as they oay less you pay the commission. A cheater. be aware, in this situation just leave hotel or call police.its a scamway they try to cover their third party service using.
