Bad value for money

The kids playground, soccer and climbing facilities and the ski room are great! The rooms are okay, clean and spacious with storage. The lobby is welcoming with nice ambiente, lots of board games and a good area to watch the children whilst having a drink.

The food quality is horrendous, cold food, dry meat, randomly selected items for dinner that make no nice meal. Only filter coffee for breakfast (or pay for average machine coffee), though the breakfast selection was okay. The buffets are not taken care of, once the food is put out things go cold, empty or look nasty and nobody goes and makes it look presentable or fills things up. The hotel is understaffed and honestly runs like a hostel, wich is fine if you charge hostel prices. Having to pay 300+ euros a night for hostel standards is disappointing. The noise level is an issue, doors are slamming left and right. Unfortunately we got a room right by the back door that leads to the parking lot and shuts with a loud bang! The staff is not able to manage feedback/complaints. Nobody asked why we cancelled the half board on day 2 and the only response i got when giving feedback at checkout was: 'well i guess it's a matter of taste..' which i consider rude..

Great vacation, service, food, and location

Food was good, every day something new. Breakfast was diverse as well. Even though every morning it was the same with some differences in cheese and meat, there were a lot of varieties to choose from: eggs, sausages, muesli, waffles, and many more. The location was great, just 2 km from the Golm ski resort.

The only thing that was not great to us was sound isolation. Our neighbors changed a couple of times during our stay, and they all were very young and talkative (which I understand, of course, and happen for them), but I would prefer not to hear them when I want to sleep.

We are very pleased with the hotel.

The best stay for a family. Our kids loved here, were never bored. Spacious indoor and outdoor playground. There are also board games at reception to borrow and spend time. There was no need to find restaurants for dinner, as the food in the hotel always exceeded our expectations. Location was also good. There is a funicular with fun activities very close by . There's also a nice small lake not far, for fishing or those who want to relax in the nature.

Uns und den Kindern und Enkel hat es bei Ihnen gut gefallen. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Die Lage ist perfekt für Wanderungen und Sommeraktivitäten. Von unseren vier Enkelkindern wurden auch die Spielmöglichkeiten im Hotel gerne genutzt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet. Auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte für uns.

Das Abendessen (Buffet) könnte etwas besser sein. Am ersten Abend war das Gemüsegemisch ziemlich verkocht. Ansonsten ausreichend und für alle etwas da.

Kurz Aufenthalt am Montafon

Frühstück Buffet gut, coole indoor anlage für Kinder. Kleine Fussball halle hat unseren Jungs gut gefallen. Zimmer sind Ok, wohl in die Jahre gekommen. Preis für 2 Zimmer am limit. Für kurz Aufenthalte zu empfehlen.

Personal scheint letargisch, Sauberkeit an einigen Orten kann verbessert werden. Internet Empfang ist dürftig.

Great hotel with sauna

De sauna is echt geweldig voor een hotel. Er zit een gezellig terras bij waar je kan drinken en eten. De kamers zijn prima.

Er zijn wel erg veel kinderen in het hotel, wat wij niet per se verwacht hadden toen we boekten. Maar het heeft niet voor ons niet voor overlast gezorgd.
