Rixos Premium Bodrum

Loved the fact that we had dedicated guest services individuals assigned to us and constantly in touch via a whatsapp group chat. Hira, Ozlem and Ipek were incredibly helpful and responsive and truly made our stay very enjoyable. The food and drinks were fantastic also and the property has tons of options. We loved the meals at Turquoise, the drinks at the lobby bar and desserts at the Godiva cafe. The ability to order drinks directly to your deck chair via QR codes was very convenient also. Facilities were all great. We enjoyed both pools, the Kids club (with our toddler) and the main beach. We were always able to find free deck chairs / loungers, so even though there were quite a few guests, it was not crowded per se. Our toddler loved the Rixy kids club and we spent a decent amount of time with her there. The location of the property is noteworthy also - it is only a 25min car ride from the airport and a 15min ride from the city center / Bodrum fort. Highly recommend

Felt the rooms were a little dated, but extremely clean, comfortable and spacious. Plus we spent most of our time outside of the room anyways.

The property is huge and beautiful has the resort vibe. The staff very cooperative and professional

The entertainment system is less than expected and needs to compete with Rixos resorts in the world. There no snacks after 9:30 pm and have to wait to midnight to get a snack if you miss main restaurant time.

Food was good and staff was friendly.

Rooms are dated, dark and restaurants close too soon in the season. Not convinced on how knowledgeable the staff was for activities outside of the hotel.
