Hotel Le Relais Saint-Jacques

We had a fantastic stay in Saint-Jean-de-Luz and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this accommodation. The location was absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the town, making it easy to explore the shops, restaurants, beach, and local attractions on foot, yet it was still wonderfully quiet at night. Communication before and during our stay was excellent. The arrival instructions were clear and easy to follow, making check-in completely stress-free. The parking facilities on site are limited and must be booked although we able to park for free just across from the hotel at the train station - 3 mins walk back - parking on a street in the town is busy. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after busy days exploring. Great bakery next door. Travelling with our dogs can sometimes be challenging, so we really appreciated how dog-friendly the accommodation was. It made our stay even more enjoyable knowing our four-legged family members were just as welcome for a small surcharge. Overall, a wonderful place to stay in a beautiful town. We'd happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Saint-Jean-de-Luz.
