This was perhaps the best-valued hotel I ever stayed in HK. Except for the distance to the closest MTR and the room wasn't properly tidied on the second day of stay (bed tidying was not complete and coffee bags not refilled), everything else was perfect! I will definitely come back to stay again.

Location was good, 5min taxi drive from the busy bars but far enough away not to be affected by them. Lots of Circle K, 7/11 etc all around too. Very quiet room (top floor 23), great aircon.
Cleanliness wasn't great. 'Boutique' hotel it isn't. Looks like an old place that's had a cheap half decent renovation but starting to get worn again. Shower curtain mouldy and should be replaced. There was also a water supply problem that didn't affect taps and shower but the toilet was not flushable nearly half my week there. This is Hong Kong, not a third world country. I was provided a small bucket to manually flush.
