Lovely welcome and special touches - sweeties & coffee machines in the rooms. A touch of history with beautiful staircase & high ceilings. Comfy bedding, modern en-suites. All very clean. The best breakfast display of our trip!
A little confusing where to go for dinner - there is alfresco dining out the back AND indoor dining.

The room was spacious, quite and nice decorated! Has a nice yard with views of the mountains. Easy to park the car.
It seems that we were there in a low season (April 10) cause it felt like we were the only visitors.
The building is old (beautiful though) and the doors were slamming with noise on any other room or entrance of a person. The hot water finish after the second person had a shower.
Very mediocre breakfast.
The card machine didnt work at the checkout so we had to pay with cash.
Definitely overpriced for what it offers.

The hotel is positioned well if you want to do some trails in the Pyrenees. The room/apartment we got was of a very good size and the kitchen was well equipped. We had a dinner in one night and the food was good. There are not many options to eat nearby, but again the dinner was good. Didn't had the breakfast.
Beds were comfortable, and that always matter.
Some of the personnel as the front desk helped us to find a car service to fix our car.
Some additional facilities like a pool table and a ping-pong table really gave us some options to do indoors while outside were 42 degrees.
The first thing that left a negative impression on us was the initial interaction. We got to the hotel at about 13:00. We walked in and let them know we have a room booked. The reaction of the lady at the front desk was "the checking time is 16:00, return then". She didn't even asked our name, maybe our room was ready. She literally didn't knew who we were, or what room we booked.
And the rooms have no Air Conditioning... and sure this is not a problem normally, but we were there during the hottest 2 days maybe ever recorded (41/42 Celsius). Never imagined temperatures like these can be achieved in the Pyrenees.
And there is no elevator. Carrying everything to the 2nd floor, it wasn't easy.
