From the moment we walked in to the moment we sadly departed, our every need was taken care of. From giving us room with a spectacular view of Vondelpark and the lake below, to keeping us caffeinated, allowing my wife to keep the room a couple of extra hours due to feeling unwell, left luggage, lovely chats with the manager (Anna) - few places have made us feel so welcome! The hotel is conveniently located and the area (Oud Zuid) certainly feels upmarket. We can't wait to visit again!

Such a lovely hotel to stay at during our trip to Amsterdam. The hotel was lovely, room very clean and had everything we needed. The team (including Anastasia and Mathieu) were so nice and very helpful.
Location is excellent; very near the tram and 2 mins from Vondel Park. You can rent bikes for decent price directly from the hotel and that made it so easy to get around and was a lovely way to see the park and the city.
Only small mention is that there was no light switch in the bathroom; it was run on a motion sensor and timer. The timer was not quite long enough, so made it a little difficult to use the bathroom sometimes. Would suggest installing switches or extending the motion sensor timer.
That being said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is nice and simple. In a quiet area but very close and well-connected to the main landmarks. Perfect to avoid very loud party areas. Really easy to get to the airport, too.
The room was a bit too small, and I noticed a couple of minor issues with housekeeping. However, it's reasonably priced, and everything is new and works properly.
