El personal, hay mucha gente y profesional. Habitaciones grandes, buen aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo. Servicio ágil buffet. Y muy buenas instalaciones cuidadas.
El buffet cada año que vengo baja un poco el nivel, no es malo pero se puede mejorar la calidad, sobre todo mas variedad de plancha y menos precocinado.
La animación de los niños es bastante pobre, chicas muy majas pero juegos muy simples y aburridos, solo se entretienen niñas de 7 a 11 años, no esta adaptado para niños de todas las edades. Aunque las animadoras son muy simpáticas falta una planificación del hotel e incluso algún espectáculo de algún tipo.

El personal, se sentía como en casa. Muy cercanos. La piscina también un 10 y la habitación muy cómoda.

Dinner and breakfast was always very good. Very friendly staff during the meals.
We came specifically for the children activities as indicated in the hotel description in booking.com. But the activities very quite poor. Almost same games every day and not the ones indicated at the blackboard.
No possibilities to play ball (no football nor others).
